Sharon Connor (Rentals Manager)

Hi, my name is Sharon.  I would like to start by telling you a little bit about myself.  Like most people thinking of moving to another country, I holidayed in Cyprus with my family for numerous years.  We as a family always felt safe and comfortable in the knowledge that there is very little crime here and therefore decided to chose Cyprus when we relocated as a family in 2004. 

I have worked with My Property for 3 years now.  I feel that having made the transition, I can empathise with our clients and pass on any personal knowledge gained.

My position in My Property is twofold.  My main role is working with home owners who wish to rent out their property. I work closely with you as a landlord and will help you with completing the contracts to assisting with bookings.  Secondly, I administer all sales communication, liaising and supporting with Clients, Banks, Developers and Solicitors in order for the transaction from point sale through to taking possession of your property.  I am responsible for all office administration.

Hello, my name is Evie.  I was born in Cyprus and live with my family in Liopetri, a traditional Cypriot village. My family all live in the Famagusta area.  This has allowed me to gain vast knowledge about the history of Cyprus.  My family are very proud of their roots and because of this I have immense knowledge regarding the Famagusta region.  I have completed my further educated in University of Greece.  I am fluent in Greek and English.

I have worked with My Property for a little over 3 years.  I feel that my local knowledge helps to enhance the information offered to our clients by My Property.

My position in My Property is to meet and liaise with Developers who have new projects for sale adding them to our web site.  I also communicate with clients who wish to sell their property explaining our contracts and helping them to find the best option for their needs.
