This spacious two bedroom apartment is situated on the outskirts of Paralimni in the traditional village of Dherynia only a few minutes drive from the ‘ghost town' of Famagusta. It is only a 5 minute walk to Dherynia village centre and approximately 15 minutes drive to the main resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa.

The apartment consists of an open plan lounge/kitchen area. The lounge area features a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and other basic utensils.

The Master bedroom has a double bed and another bedroom has twin beds. The bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units.

There is a small balcony overlooking a grassed area.

Location

Dherynia is a quaint village on the outskirts of the main town of Paralimni. It is only a short drive to the local beaches of Kapparis and the main resort of Protaras. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in Dherynia and worth a visit is Magis Cypriot Taverna in the main village square for their excellent Greek Meze and the Lavesin Taverna for their superb food and great entertainment situated on the Sotira road. For picturesque surroundings and excellent Cypriot cuisine try Fernagis Taverna and for the infamous "Kleftiko" (slow cooked lamb) try Costaris Taverna. The village of Dherynia has banking facilities with ATM machines and a couple of supermarkets selling local fresh produce. For those looking for more action it is only a short drive to Ayia Napa and Protaras and a bus service runs regularly from the Paralimni town centre.
