An Introduction to Nerine Apartment

This 1 bedroom first floor apartment is situated in a complex which has a large communal pool and separate children's pool. It is situated just off the Nissi Avenue in the centre of Ayia Napa and is only a 10 minute walk to the main tourist area. The apartment is fully furnished with attention to detail.

The apartment consists of an open plan lounge/kitchen area. The lounge area features a TV with DVD player and access to the veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave.

The bedroom has a double bed with built in wardrobes. The bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units.

Outside on the private veranda are the patio table and four chairs.

More Information About Nerine Apartment

Location

Apartment Nerine is on the outskirts of the main resort of Ayia Napa. It is only a short walk to the famous Nissi Beach and the main resort of Ayia Napa and all the nightlife. There are shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance to the apartment and worth a visit is the Odessa bar just 500 yards away on the main Nissi Avenue. You will be assured of a friendly welcome and lovely Greek and English fayre. Just so you don't miss the latest sports there is a new Sports bar just next to the Odessa. The Valentinos bar is just on the corner of the apartment and they have a children's play area where you can have a drink whilst the little ones are entertained. Don't miss a visit to the square at night to see the Monastery and revel in the atmosphere of all the bars.
