This 1 bedroom ground floor apartment is situated in a holiday complex which has a large communal pool and additional children's pool. It is situated in the centre of Kapparis and is only a 2 minute stroll to a small sandy cove at Malamar Beach. The apartment is stylishly furnished with elegant finishing touches and attention to detail.

The apartment consists of an open plan lounge/kitchen area. The lounge area features a TV with DVD player and a CD player. The sofa can be converted to a bed to sleep an additional two persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave.

The bedroom has a double bed with patio door access to the veranda. The bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units, which are included in the rental price.

Outside is a private veranda equipped with sun beds, patio table and six chairs.

Extra features for this apartment include the tennis courts, poolside bar and restaurant, table tennis, volley ball court and children's games area that are available in the complex.

Location

The Florenti Apartment is in the main area of Kapparis next to the sandy Malamar bay, whilst still only being a short drive to the main resort of Protaras. There are shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance to the apartment and worth a visit is Tony's Restaurant to experience the Greek dancing show. There are plenty of restaurants in Kapparis to cater for all from The Faliros and their specialist steaks and Just Italian for their pasta dishes to The Shanghi Dragon for their Chinese dishes. There are bars to suit all tastes from the elegant Mello Wine Bar to the Kennedy Bar which has regular entertainment. A bus service runs regularly to the areas of Protaras and Ayia Napa. Water sports are also available from the Malamar Beach.
