This beautiful three bedroom villa is in an ideal location for those who like to have just a short stroll to the sandy beach and have all amenities on hand. The villa is tastefully decorated to a high standard with all the requirements for a luxury self catering holiday.
The lounge, dining and kitchen area are open planned with the lounge area having patio doors leading to the sun terrace, barbeque and private pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, full oven and hob and microwave. Also on this level is the guest w.c.
The three bedrooms are located on the first floor with the master bedroom having a double bed and the remaining two bedrooms having twin beds. The master bathroom has a full bath with shower.
The Property and location are ideal for families and couples.

Location
Villa Sophia is located within a two minute stroll to the sandy bay in Pernera and is ideally situated for the amenities and bars. The Water Park is only a five minute walk from the villa and there are plenty of water sport activities for the more energetic at the beach.
Worth a visit is the Mojito Bar and Grill for the excellent hospitality and superb freshly prepared food. The Blue Spice Restaurant is next to the sandy bay and is very popular for their steaks and grills. Villa Sophia is only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Protaras where there is an abundance of bars and restaurants to choose from.
