An Introduction to Villa Ariadne

This 2 bedroom villa has its own private pool and is situated just outside the busy resort of Protaras only a 10 minute stroll to a small sandy cove. The two storey villa is furnished with all the requirements for a family holiday.

The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge area has access to a veranda at the side for out door eating. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric oven and hob, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The dining table seats four. A guest cloakroom is also located on this level.

Both bedrooms are located on the first floor and have a small private veranda. The master double bedroom has an en-suite. Each bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units, which are included in the rental price.

The Property and location are ideal for families and couples.

In a busy area in Pernera very close to a sandy bay whilst only being a short walk to the main resort of Protaras. There are shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance to the villa and worth a visit are The Mojito Bar for the relaxed atmosphere and freshly prepared food and the Don Corleone Italian Restaurant in Protaras for their superb pizzas and hospitality.
