An Introduction to Villa Chloe

This 3 bedroom detached villa with its own private pool and sea views is in a small complex in Ayia Triada. It is situated within easy walking distance to the beach and facilities. The villa is fully furnished with attention to detail.

The villa consists of an open plan lounge/kitchen area. The lounge area features a TV with DVD player and access to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is also a guest cloak room on this level.

The main bedroom has a double bed with built in wardrobes and en-suite shower room. The remaining bedrooms have twin beds. The bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units.

Outside is a private swimming pool and on the private veranda are the patio table and six chairs.

The property and location are ideal for families and couples.

More Information About Villa Chloe

Location

Villa Erenie is in the resort of Ayia Triada. It is only a short walk to the local bay and the amenities whilst still being only a 5 minute drive to the main resort of Protaras. There are shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance to the villa and worth a visit are the Lost Border bar and the Onasis restaurant for their seafood specialties. It is very close to Sirena Bay which also has a restaurant well worth a visit. Imagine as you can dine out with the spectacular sea views as your back drop. The marina next to the Golden Coast Hotel is only a 2 minute car drive away
