An Introduction to Villa Efthalia

This villa was the developers show house for this small and prestigious development of similar luxurious detached properties. Set on a quiet cul-de-sac, it is within easy reach of Nissi Beach, Ayia Napa, a myriad of cafes, bars and restaurants and all the attractions of this most beautiful part of Cyprus. The property has been stylishly furnished by British interior designers with elegant finishing touches and attention to detail.

The property sits in professionally landscaped gardens. To the front of the house is a south facing terrace with double doors to the lounge and a double front door. There is a breakfast table with parasol for the front terrace. To the rear of the property is a private swimming pool, terrace and pergola with outdoor dining table and chairs. The garden has connection for an MP3 player.

The open plan living area is bright, spacious and airy. There is a double width marble stair case leading to the first floor. The lounge area features TV with Playstation 3 (with DVD / Blu-Ray player), satellite TV and two leather sofa beds. The dining table extends to seat 10. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes oven / hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and washing machine. There is a guest cloak room.

The two double bedrooms to the rear of the property share a balcony overlooking the pool and garden. There is a family bathroom. The main attraction of the first floor is the front facing double master bedroom enjoying an en-suite bathroom with walk in double shower, and a large balcony with shade in the hottest part of the summer day, furnished with coffee table, sofa and two cane armchairs. The property is fully air conditioned with the cost included in the rental price.

More Information About Villa Efthalia

Location

Villa Efthalia is situated in a quieter area of Ayia Napa yet only a short walk to two sandy bays and the main resort centre. There are shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance to the villa and worth a visit is Hokkaido Restaurant to experience the professional cooks who specialize in the art of sushi and the elegance of Japanese cuisine preparing your chosen dish in front of you and doing a small show with your dish ingredients, which add to the fun. There are plenty of restaurants in Ayia Napa to cater for all from The Blueberries Restaurant and their specialist steaks to The Sea Star Fish Restaurant in the harbour for their fresh locally caught fish. There are bars to suit all tastes from the Square Bar in the centre which has regular entertainment to the quieter ones on the outskirts. A bus service runs regularly to the areas of Protaras and Paralimni. With water sports available from Nissi Beach and Nissi Bay you may just want to stay longer to fit everything in.
