An Introduction to Villa Oceanus

This spectacular 4 bedroom villa has its own private heated pool and is situated in the busy resort of Protaras only a 10 minute stroll to a small sandy cove. The three storey villa is furnished with all the requirements for a family holiday. The villa has been furnished to a very high standard with considerable attention to detail. It benefits from central heating and superb sea and mountain views.

The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge area has access to a veranda at the front for out door eating and access to the private overflow heated swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric oven and hob and fridge/freezer. One of the double bedrooms is found on this level along with a guest cloakroom which has a full shower.

The main bedroom which is located on the first floor has access to a large veranda that overlooks the bay of Protaras. There is a further bedroom on this level with twin beds which also has access to the veranda. These bedrooms share the large family bathroom.

The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level which also has a further lounge area which has large patio doors leading onto the terrace. To the side of the lounge area is a fully equipped utility room. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning units and central heating, which are included in the rental price.

Location

In a quiet area in Protaras very close to a sandy bay and horse riding stables whilst only being a short walk to the main resort of Protaras. There are shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance to the villa and worth a visit are The Pieros Restaurant for the relaxed atmosphere and freshly prepared food and the Don Corleone Italian Restaurant in Protaras for their superb pizzas and hospitality.
